The key to long-lasting personal fitness is all in the mind. We have to have a mind body connection that accepts and makes personal fitness a priority. Find an exercise routine that you enjoy and stick to it; it’ll eventually become habitual and you will feel agitated if you don’t exercise! Exercise releases endorphin’s, which contribute to emotional stability and a general feeling of well-being. Exercising on a regular basis can help you feel happier. It also makes it easier to sleep and stay asleep at night.
