Bodyfat is the overall percent of muscle to body weight. Close to thirty percent is considered clinically obese. Fast weight loss programs shock your body into starvation and then when you begin to eat normally again, the body stores those calories. Fast weight loss and gain, affects body fat levels. Lowering fat intake in your daily diet is a smart move; as well as participating in a full and balanced exercise program that includes walking, weight training, and stretching. Remember it’s a lifestyle and you’re in it for the long run. Stick with it.
