Stress is often a result of letting our life get out of balance. This happens by putting all our energy into only one or two areas of our life (usually work) and ignoring the rest. We overload our plate with responsibility, and things begin to drop off. Usually things that are important to us, like exercise, spiritual meditation and time we spend with our family. Be aware of what stresses you and think about the changes you can make to find more balance. Put this sense of balance first place in your life.
